Paul Preissner is an architect and educator who has previously taught at the Southern California Institute of Architecture, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and served as the endowed Hyde Chair at the University of Nebraska. His architectural work has been included in exhibitions at the Art Institute of Chicago (Young Chicago), the Venice Biennale, the Rotterdam Biennale, and the Shenzhen Biennale and is in the permanent collection of the Art Institute of Chicago. His work will appear in the forthcoming Digital Architecture Now by Neil Spiller (Thames and Hudson).
Prior to founding PAUL PREISSNER ARCHITECTS, he worked in the architectural offices of the late Philip Johnson, Peter Eisenman, SOM LLp and Wood+Zapata.
